and how do you 'move on'? also, is it better to apologize even though you didn't exactly do anything bad, but you just want to make things right?

if its relationship or friendship based i'd just get rid of all the things that reminded me of him/her and try to move on. if you didn't do anything wrong i don't think you should apologize?
