What level of art is this?

That's absolutely masterful. The use of the knife to create the trunk of the tree really brings out the depth and adds a subtle flare to the drawing.

What he can do is amazing, he's not in some studio, just on the side of the street and yet he can create that so quickly. It's like he doesn't even think about what he's doing and it's all just natural to him, perhaps his drawn the same painting many times but it's still amazing. His use with the knife is just wow.

I must agree, the knife technique is just superb. But I'm guessing it's a technique used by many other artists as well?

That kid doesn't deserve the conditions he's in; he should be living in a classy art-studio.
That kid's skills surpass what most digital artists can create.
